H&T Pawnbrokers are well-established within the finance industry. The challenge was diversifying the search terms that their traffic was coming from. To this point, a large portion of their traffic was coming from brand related searches. To grow their site, we needed to start ranking for product and service related searches such as pawnbroking, cash loans and travel money.
Working alongside H&T’s chosen SEO agency and internal marketing team, I focused on the re-launch of an architecturally sound, better optimised H&T website. We re-structured the site to allow for better navigation and increased crawlability. We optimised the content and generated an intelligent backlink acquisition program. We also worked on the creation an optimisation of Google My Business profiles for each of H&T’s 250+ nationwide stores.
